Yes. Our Thai doctor includes a prescription with your order, and your age is required for that script. Please add your age in the Order Notes at checkout. If you forget, we’ll contact you. We only use this information to issue your prescription — never for marketing.

U.S. Customs may request extra paperwork for NDT products. This is routine and resolves once the correct documents are provided.

Typically:

• A doctor’s prescription (we include this with your order)
• A short reason for buying NDT from outside the U.S., e.g.:
  • “T4 medication worsened my symptoms.”
  • “My U.S. doctor does not prescribe NDT.”
• Proof of identity (passport/ID copy or photo)

Your parcel may be delayed and DHL may charge storage (about $28/day after 5 days, based on recent experience). Responding promptly usually leads to approval and release.
