🇺🇸 Thyroid-S U.S. Delivery – Frequently Asked Questions

How will DHL contact me, and how do I know it’s genuine?
DHL may send a text message (SMS) and/or email, and will post updates on your official DHL tracking page. We supply your phone number to DHL for this purpose.

For security, make sure any message references your DHL waybill/tracking number and matches what you see on the official DHL website. If unsure, go directly to DHL and enter your tracking number manually — do not click unfamiliar links.
How can I track my shipment or chat with DHL directly?
You can track your shipment, upload documents, or use live chat via DHL’s official website:

👉 Official DHL Tracking & Chat (U.S.)

Always ensure the tracking number shown matches your DHL waybill.
I’m not comfortable with computers — can I speak to DHL by phone?
Yes. If you prefer to speak to someone, you can contact DHL by phone and provide the information verbally. They are usually very helpful and will guide you step by step.

DHL Express – Cincinnati, OH
📍 Address: 3239 Jefferson Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45220, United States
📞 Phone: +1 513-376-6587

Quote your DHL tracking/waybill number when calling.
Do you need my age for the doctor’s prescription?
Yes. Our Thai doctor includes a prescription with your order, and your age is required for that script. Please add your age in the Order Notes at checkout. If you forget, we’ll contact you.

We only use this information to issue your prescription — never for marketing.
Why does DHL sometimes hold my Thyroid-S order at U.S. Customs?
U.S. Customs may request additional paperwork for prescription products. This is routine and usually resolves once the requested information is provided.
What will DHL or Customs ask me for?
Typically:
  • A doctor’s prescription (we include this with your order)
  • A short reason for buying NDT from outside the U.S., for example:
    • “T4 medication worsened my symptoms.”
    • “My U.S. doctor does not prescribe NDT.”
  • Proof of identity (passport or ID copy/photo)
  • Sometimes, a Personal Medication Form (see below)
What is the Personal Medication Form — and when do I need it?
The Personal Medication Form is a standard DHL / U.S. Customs document used when prescription medication is imported for personal use only. It helps confirm:
  • the medication is for your own treatment (not resale),
  • the dosage/quantity is reasonable,
  • and the manufacturer details are recorded.

You only need to complete this form if DHL or U.S. Customs specifically asks for it. Not every shipment is asked for it, and sending extra documents unnecessarily can sometimes slow clearance.

If requested, DHL will normally contact you via SMS/email and/or update your DHL tracking page. You can fill it in on your computer, or print it, complete it, and upload a clear photo/scan.
What if I ignore the DHL request?
Your parcel may be delayed, and DHL may apply storage charges (around $28 per day after 5 days, based on recent experience). Responding promptly usually results in approval and release.
Has anyone in the U.S. successfully received Thyroid-S?
Yes. Customers who provided the requested information had their parcels released and delivered. One Texas customer explained by phone that T4 worsened her condition and that her doctor does not prescribe NDT — and the shipment was approved.
What if I can’t provide the documents?
DHL may return the order. We’ll refund you once it’s safely back with us, in line with our Refund & Returns Policy .
