Shipping Methods and Costs

  • We offer a few delivery options for worldwide postage (e.g., UK Standard land mail registered post, Air Mail with tracking, and DHL global Express with tracking,SMS) options are available at checkout.
  • UK Standard is currently set at £6.50 as is UK designated Air Mail, DHL Express Global is set at £24.99 and free if over £250.00 spent at checkout (Loyalty discounts available on this amount). International standard Air Mail is £10.95. Please note that certain items cannot be sent using DHL option (if a product is not allowed eg “Needles” and is combined in your DHL order, we will send the product separately using registered Air Mail at no extra cost),again please read the product description for information prior to checkout.

2. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed typically within 1-3 business days. Orders may not be processed on weekends or public holidays

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays, Standard/air mail shipping worldwide typically takes 7-14 business days. Express shipping takes 3-7 business days on stocked items.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain items may not be able to ship due to carrier restrictions, please read the items description carefully or contact us for further information.

5. International Shipping

  • Typically Customers are responsible for any customs and import duties applicable in their country. We may however reimburse you if the charge is excessive or arrange an alternative course of action. All items are sent as a gift and prices kept to cost.

6. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

7. Shipping Delays and Exceptions

  • Shipping times may be affected by Postal/Logistics strike, weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays or high order volume etc. We will do our best to notify you if there is a delay.

8. Delivery Policy

  • What happens if the package is undeliverable or not received.
  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or if it is undeliverable, we may contact you to arrange redelivery, (additional charges may apply).

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
