Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original sealed packaging
  • Items must be in a resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

We do not accept returns that have been opened, used, tampered with, or temperature-compromised.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • ampoules, or temperature-sensitive items (including Vitamin B12 ampoules)
  • Perishable or consumable goods
  • Health, medical, or personal care items once shipped
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Leaflets, pamphlets, or printed inserts

Customs Refusals & Import Failures

(Important – US Customers)

If your order is held, refused, seized, or returned by customs or regulatory authorities (including FDA or border agencies):

  • This is not considered seller fault
  • Customs decisions are final and outside our control
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be less any costs incurred, including but not limited to:
    • Return shipping charges
    • Re-import duties, taxes, or handling fees
    • Carrier administrative fees (which may exceed USD $100)

If no refund remains after costs, no refund will be issued.

Customers are solely responsible for confirming import legality and requirements in their destination country before ordering.


Refund Process

Once a returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times depend on your bank or card provider

Refunds are not available while an order is in transit and will only be considered after delivery or confirmed return.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your card provider
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If unresolved, email business@ampavit.com

Shipping & Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend tracked and insured returns
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

Non-Delivery / Delayed Delivery

Refunds for non-delivery may only be considered after 60 days from the shipment date.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing, inspections, or carrier delays.


Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive damaged or defective.
